It is with great joy that the ALMADA project team received the news of the inclusion of  ALMADA project in the shortlist for the KECK AWARD 2022 promoted by the International Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (IIC).
This year's motto was: Have you run a project that helps the public appreciate and understand conservation?
This is one of the most prestigious awards in the field of conservation and restoration and being among the 10 finalists is the recognition of the outreach activities that have been carried out over the last 17 months with different audiences.
The winner of the Keck Award 2022 will be decided 50% by the jury vote and 50% by the public vote. The ALMADA project would love to have your vote. To do so, simply go to https://www.iiconservation.org/content/keckvote and select the project Unveiling the mural painting Art of Almada negreiros (1938-1956) (Portugal).
