Materialization and materiality in the geometry of Almada
During his career, Almada Negreiros valued both his work on murals and geometric research, the latter more intensely in the latter part of his life. In this lecture we will present some works that are located at the junction of these two interests, namely the facades of the University City, the panels of the Mathematics Building in Coimbra and the panel Begin, in the lobby of the Gulbenkian Foundation headquarters.
